Does ShipDepot offer international shipping outside of the US?
Yes, we ship to over 200 countries using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and FirstMile. Depending on your volume we can help you save on postage costs.
How much does ShipDepot’s software cost?
We have a WMS software that can connect with your Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce and all major websites shopping carts. Depending on your volume the cost is $150 monthly
Does ShipDepot let merchants use their own custom branded boxes?
If you have your own box suppliers that can ship to us, yes we allow that. We also have some packaging companies we work with and can do procurement for you
Does ShipDepot offer any boxes and packing supplies for free?
Usually no, however if we’ve negotiated the box and packaging supplies with your rate for fulfillment then yes.
Does ShipDepot offer kitting?
Yes, we do offer kitting.
Does ShipDepot fulfill B2B/Wholesale/EDI orders?
Yes, we do offering B2B fulfillment. There will be some additional set up and admin hours associated with that but we’re currently working with the largest retailers in Saks Fifth Avenue, Browns, ShopBop, Net A Porter, Moda Operandi, and more
Does ShipDepot offer FBA prep services?
Yes, FBA is a large portion of our business and Amazon is only growing day by day. We currently have over 150 FBA clients and top of them are top 500 sellers. We work with companies like Thras.io, Kaspien and Sunken Stone
Which shipping carriers does ShipDepot negotiate rates with?
We currently have negotiated rates with USPS, UPS, FedEx, & DHL. There are a couple of other services that we can get great pricing on if the volume is there.
Does ShipDepot offer returns?
Yes, returns are a big component in logistics. We understand that sometimes your customers don’t want a product and need to return it. We have a seamless system to receive your returns, sort through them and put them back into inventory.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Typically shipping costs are calculated on weight and dimensions of your item. So if you have your product details and can share them with us we can get you a quote.
Does ShipDepot have a startup plan and how much does it cost?
We don’t have a start up plan and our services are À la carte… Whatever services you need we quote you for and work on those terms.
