Who it's for

Ecommerce and Amazon brands in LA and the Inland Empire with 50–500 pallets of overflow. Q4 inventory that FBA capacity limits won't take yet. Stock you pulled out of Amazon to avoid peak storage fees. Or a warehouse that just raised your rate and you want a second quote before you renew.

Importers and distributors who need cheaper inland storage than port-area warehouses charge, and somewhere to hold freight between the container and the next leg.

What's included

  • Receiving. We take in your pallets and freight, count what arrives, and put it away.
  • Storage. Direct storage starts at $18 per pallet per month.
  • Outbound to Amazon FBA. When Amazon opens capacity, we can prep your inventory for FBA (FNSKU labels, carton work, box contents) and ship it in.
  • Outbound direct-to-consumer. Pull from storage and ship Shopify and website orders through our California ecommerce fulfillment.
  • Amazon removals. Send Amazon removal orders here, and we'll count them and store, rework, or re-route them.
  • LTL and FTL freight. We can move pallets in and out by LTL or full truckload.
  • Labor when you need it. Relabeling, repacking, or other hands-on work is $45/hour.

One building and one team handle everything, so your inventory doesn't need a separate storage vendor and fulfillment vendor.

Why Palmdale instead of a port-area warehouse

Ship Depot is in Palmdale, California. We are not at the Ports of Los Angeles or Long Beach, and we don't pretend to be. We're an inland alternative for brands and importers who don't need to pay port-area rates to hold inventory that's going to sit for weeks or months.

If your freight has to turn in a day or two at the port, a port-area warehouse may suit you better. If it's overflow, seasonal, or slow-moving, Palmdale usually costs less.
